Job Title: Farm Supervisor

Monette Farms Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our farm, ensuring the highest quality crop production, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
  • Maintain quality control and production records
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
  • Perform general farm duties
  • Maintain farm machinery, equipment, and buildings
  • Develop maintenance standards, schedules, and programs
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in farm operations
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • On-site work only, no remote work option
  • Work site environment: potato and vegetable
  • Work setting: rural area, staff accommodation available
