Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Williams Engineering Canada Inc. as a key member of our HVAC consulting group.

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a focus on HVAC consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects, providing technical expertise, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on various projects, including budget forecasting, risk management, and client profitability analysis
  • Provide technical expertise on projects, including design and implementation
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in HVAC consulting
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical engineering and HVAC systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, SharePoint, Deltek Vision, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP
