About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Clinical Psychology Director to join our team at Swingle Clinic. As a senior leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our clinical psychology department and ensuring that we provide exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Department Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the clinical psychology department, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • Clinical Services: Oversee the delivery of clinical psychology services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of clinical psychologists, ensuring that they have the skills and support needed to deliver high-quality care.
  • Research and Quality Improvement: Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement research projects that inform our clinical practice and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Doctoral Degree: A doctoral degree in clinical psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure/Certification: Licensure or certification as a psychologist in your province/state.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience working as a clinical psychologist, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
