Job Title: Delivery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Operations Manager to join our team at D2D DRIVER EXPERTS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.
  • Coordinate and schedule delivery routes to optimize delivery times and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze delivery performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of logistics operations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a logistics or transportation company.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
