Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Operations Manager to join our team at D2D DRIVER EXPERTS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 drivers and ensuring the smooth delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of drivers to ensure they are equipped to handle the demands of the job.
  • Coordinate and schedule delivery routes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Prepare and review reports to track delivery performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that all drivers are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure the team is working effectively.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
