Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Operations Manager to join our team at D2D DRIVER EXPERTS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 11-15 delivery drivers and provide guidance on route optimization and delivery procedures.
  • Prepare and review production reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate and schedule delivery activities to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Recommend personnel actions and participate in performance evaluations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
  • Ability to work 37.5 hours per week and relocate as needed.
Working Conditions

Relocation costs will be covered by the employer. The ideal candidate will be willing to relocate and have a valid driver's license.
