About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources Leader to join our team at Sakura Distributors Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve strategic goals
  • Establish and communicate clear objectives, policies, and programs to ensure a cohesive and effective organization
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring a strong and positive reputation
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business success
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a large workload and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
