About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Technician to join our team at Spectrum Accounting Group Ltd. as a key member of our accounting department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process financial transactions, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Perform financial analysis and prepare reports to support business decisions.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
