About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Technician to join our team at Spectrum Accounting Group Ltd. As an Accounting Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Process payroll, manage benefits, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field.
