We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Counselor to join our team at Québecor. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in representing the company in civil litigation matters, including defamation and commercial disputes.
Key Responsibilities- Represent Québecor in civil litigation cases, including commercial disputes and defamation cases, for our various subsidiaries in Quebec.
- Manage your own caseload independently and provide counsel to internal clients on a regular basis.
- Be a member of the Quebec Bar Association.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation.
- Have excellent proficiency in both English and French, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and the ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a team.
