Senior Legal Counsel, Litigation and Dispute Resolution

We are seeking a skilled Senior Legal Advisor to join our Litigation and Dispute Prevention/Resolution team at Pomerleau Construction. As a lawyer-litigator, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our team, while also developing and implementing litigation strategies to prevent and resolve disputes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide legal advice and support to the Litigation and Dispute Prevention/Resolution team
- Develop and implement litigation strategies to prevent and resolve disputes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential legal risks
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting our business
- Law degree and admission to the bar
- Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
