We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Hydro One Networks Inc. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in project management, electrical distribution and transmission, and maintenance of power systems.
Key Responsibilities- To lead and manage projects related to power maintenance, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to power system maintenance.
- To develop and implement strategies for improving maintenance efficiency and reducing costs.
- Mandatory 10 years of relevant experience in the electrical distribution and transmission business, with a focus on power system maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of safety and environmental legislation, corporate policies and procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Candidates must possess a Grade XII diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications such as the Construction & Maintenance Electrician License 309A and Stations 6 Year RME Course being an asset.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
