Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Maintenance Specialist to join our team at AtomVie Global Radiopharma Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing maintenance programs, ensuring the optimal functioning of equipment and facilities within our GMP environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues with electronic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical systems, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities with internal teams and 3rd-party contractors, prioritizing tasks to meet business needs.
  • Execute planned preventative maintenance activities, ensuring equipment is released for production use and adhering to quality standards.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and maintain assets in optimal working condition, minimizing downtime and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement procedures for addressing complex maintenance challenges, promoting continuous improvement and best practices within the organization.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a College Diploma/degree in a technical field (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) or relevant experience.
  • Minimum two (2) to five (5) years of maintenance experience in a GMP environment, with a proven track record of success in troubleshooting and repair.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and support on-call 24/7 (rotating schedule), with willingness to adapt to fluctuating start times as needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with expertise in technical report writing and a strong ability to understand and analyze complex systems and trends.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
