Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate the bid development process, ensuring timely and accurate responses to RFPs and RFQs
* Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, to gather relevant information and input for proposal development
* Create and complete procurement-driven submissions, elevating responses to demonstrate our company's products, services, capabilities, and contributions in the industry
* Interpret and determine response requirements for proposals, identifying and clarifying objectives set forth by potential clients
* Consolidate details and data to produce polished, high-quality professional and compelling proposal responses, following best practice proposal-writing standards

Requirements:

* Post-secondary education in a field such as Business, Communications, Journalism, or English, combined with 5+ years of experience writing formal proposal responses and/or Technical Writing
* Excellent writing, organizational, communication, and planning skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage deadlines efficiently, including multiple competing priorities
* Demonstrated critical thinking ability
* Ability to facilitate collaboration, encourage creative problem solving, and navigate conflict
* Strong relationship building skills, including the ability to persuade and motivate others
* Experience with proposal development or design software and advanced PowerPoint skills would be a definite asset
