About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at Weever, a growing software company based in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in overseeing key functions and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee and execute accounting, financial services, banking, and payroll processes, including invoicing and expenses.
  • HR Management: Manage all aspects of HR processes, including onboarding and offboarding, performance management, and annual review processes.
  • Financial Planning: Manage financial planning, budgeting, cash flow modeling, and reporting.
  • Communication: Manage key communication, including reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Manage various continuous improvement initiatives to improve our productivity and efficiency as a team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in finance and HR or operations at a technology company or growing small business environment.
  • Skills: Strong grasp of financial accounting and budgeting concepts, strong verbal and written communication skills, and expert-level Excel skills.
