We're seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Germain Hôtels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, recommending and serving beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and organized working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by listening to guests' preferences and making tailored recommendations.
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages and food, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Manage bar supplies, maintain inventory, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure the bar area is clean, well-organized, and compliant with company standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and maintain a high level of energy.
  • Knowledge of restaurant cash register systems and basic math skills.
