Job Title: District Manager Agriculture Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager Agriculture Services to lead our team in the Ottawa market. As a key member of our TD Agriculture Banking team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing customer/partner experience strategies, and managing a team of Relationship Managers and Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution and achievement of customer/partner experience targets
  • Develop and implement creative and competitive credit solutions
  • Identify and respond to changes in the business environment
  • Enhance the TDBG brand by participating in network events
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the business plan
  • Build new relationships and deepen existing customer relationships
  • Meet or exceed business targets for the Unit
  • Ensure team knowledge of and compliance with regulatory and compliance guidelines
  • Protect the interests of the organization by identifying and managing risks
  • Lead the process of setting performance objectives for the team
  • Manage employees' compliance with all human resources policies
  • Support an environment where the team escalates business challenges
  • Act as a brand ambassador for your business area/function and the bank
