Job Title: Agriculture Banking District Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Agriculture Banking District Manager to lead our team in the Ottawa market. As a key member of our TD Agriculture Banking team, you will be responsible for executing and achieving customer/partner experience targets, leading Relationship Managers and Account Managers in developing creative and competitive credit solutions, and enhancing the TDBG brand by participating in network events. Key Responsibilities: * Contribute to the development and implementation of the business plan * Build new relationships and deepen existing customer relationships * Meet or exceed business targets for the Unit * Ensure team is knowledgeable of and operates within regulatory and compliance guidelines * Protect the interests of the organization by identifying and managing risks Requirements: * Strong leadership and management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills About TD Bank: TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
