About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 1041956 BC LTD. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Data Management: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and supporting the overall goals of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
