Route Sales Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Route Sales Representative to join our team at Northwood Collection. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the home furnishings industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure Northwood Collection remains competitive
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the home furnishings industry
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Proficiency in sales software and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
