We are seeking an experienced Strategic Human Resources Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices and people strategies that contribute to the college's goals and strategic business plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement human resources strategies that align with the college's mission and vision.
  • Provide advice and counsel to senior management on human resources-related matters.
  • Direct the operations of Human Resources and Compensation.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, unions, and government agencies.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Business Administration or related field with a focus in Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum ten years' experience in a human resources leadership role, preferably in post-secondary education.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

What We Offer

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $115,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a defined benefit pension plan, group insurance benefits, and a variety of employee perks.
