Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, responding to feedback and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, providing insights for business growth and improvement.
    • Develop and manage budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses to ensure financial stability.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
    • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company
Working Conditions
  • 35 hours per week
