Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Meltwich Food Co is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.
  • Estimate and Manage Inventory: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure seamless meal preparation and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

  • Standing for Extended Periods: Stand for extended periods, with regular breaks to maintain productivity and comfort.
