About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join our System Validation team in the Data Center Solutions Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the validation process of cutting-edge System on a Chip (SoC) products for our customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of system engineers in planning, developing, and executing comprehensive validation plans for SoC products.
  • Manage all aspects of the validation process, including test execution, documentation, and review.
  • Develop and implement test infrastructure, tools, and software for complex SoC validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product release.
  • Mentor and train team members to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in leadership or management role.
  • Experience in IC, FW, and SoC validation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range

The annual base salary range for this position is $160,000-$220,000, depending on numerous factors including job location, skills, and experience.
