**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Eden Plumbing Services Inc. As a key member of our construction department, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of subcontractors, planning and organizing daily operations, and ensuring the successful completion of construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate the activities of subcontractors, including plumbers, electricians, and carpenters;
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and resource allocation;
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, ensuring accurate cost calculations and timely submissions;
  • Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed;
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary;
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements;
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Develop and implement quality control programs, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to industry standards;
  • Develop risk management plans, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies;
  • Prepare reports, including project status updates and financial performance metrics;

**Requirements**

  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering);
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a construction-related role, preferably in a supervisory capacity;
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities, knowledge of construction methods and practices, proficiency in MS Office and other software applications;
