We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Premform Limited. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our construction sites and ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction site staff
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Inspect workplaces for potential hazards and take corrective action as necessary
  • Develop and implement health and safety plans and procedures
  • Monitor and control costs associated with construction projects
  • Review HR directives to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
  • Assign tasks and projects to subordinates related to work safety, environmental safety, and accident prevention
Requirements:
  • Will train individuals in construction skills and procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff, management, and clients
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
