LCS Construction Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise construction site workers and projects
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion
  • Recruit and hire qualified workers and handle staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure site safety
  • Operate computer software systems for project estimation and planning
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Recommend personnel actions to support site operations
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings for site planning
  • Manage material, equipment, and supply requisitions
  • Lead and instruct site teams to achieve project goals
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction site supervision
  • College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma in a relevant field
  • Or equivalent experience in construction site supervision
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support for newcomers and refugees: assist with immediate settlement needs, recruit newcomers and/or refugees, and support foreign credential recognition
  • Support for youths: offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities
