Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at KK Builders. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, tradespeople, and equipment operators.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project, including delays, budget overruns, and quality control problems.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and experience with construction management software.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires working on construction sites. The successful candidate will be required to work a standard 35-40 hour workweek.
