Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Oak & Stone Constructions. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
  • Site Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople, to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction work meets quality standards and specifications.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met and that all parties are informed of project progress.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College diploma or degree in a related field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
