Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Church's Chicken. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training and development.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality food production.

- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds.

- 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
