Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Professional to join our team as an Account Manager, focusing on Outside Sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national accounts, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
  • Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business and grow existing relationships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Marketing, or Business discipline.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of direct sales experience, preferably working with national/large revenue accounts.
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and consistently delivering high-quality results.
Salary & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000-$100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including a bonus structure, 3% CPP matching, and an annual lifestyle allowance of $1,500.
