- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, and make adjustments as needed.
- Machinery Operation: Operate machinery safely and efficiently to produce high-quality baked goods.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available.
- Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and manual dexterity.
- Physical Capabilities: Stand for extended periods, work in a standing position, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, and a team player with patience and good judgement.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Support for Persons with Disabilities: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
- Support for Youths: Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
Language: English or French
Hours of Work: 35 to 40 hours per week
