Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough and batters according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Bake mixed dough and batters
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Train staff
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Create new recipes
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Cooking and related culinary arts, general
  • Baking and pastry arts/baker/pastry chef
  • Hospitality administration/management, general
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a variety of shifts. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
