Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, ensuring compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation and health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise staff, provide training, and address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a college diploma or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of experience in food services management. You should be proficient in providing customer service, addressing customer complaints, and enforcing regulations.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including dental plan, disability benefits, and health care plan.
