Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team in the Contaminated Sites/Waste Management sector. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and project management support for infrastructure projects, including investigations, remediation design, and excess soil planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and project management support for infrastructure projects, including investigations, remediation design, and excess soil planning.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in earth sciences, environmental/chemical/geological engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of consulting experience in the Contaminated Sites/Waste Management sector, with a strong understanding of applicable federal and provincial environmental laws and regulations.
  • 5+ years of experience managing contaminated sites projects with consulting values over $100K.
  • Experience providing ESA and excess soil planning services on major infrastructure projects.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to deliver projects within schedule and budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
