Job Title: Service Technician

ReapAir Compressor Services, an Inter-Power Group division, is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in Burlington, Ontario. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and meeting the needs of our customers.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing compressors and other compressed air system equipment. You will also perform preventative maintenance procedures, installations, and start-ups of air compressors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair compressors and other compressed air system equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance procedures on compressors, dryers, tanks, filters, drains, fans, and motors
  • Install and start-up air compressors
  • Ensure clients receive a professional level of service by adhering to ReapAir's principles of "Customer first and first time right"
  • Report and discuss status of client's compressed air equipment with appropriate client representative
  • Document and record work performed on machinery
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. mechanical, electrical, or industrial technology) an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field (e.g. compressor repair, maintenance, or installation)
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
