Become an integral part of our team as a HVAC Service Technician and take advantage of the tools and training you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintain HVAC equipment for residential customers
  • Conduct general inspections of appliances for residential users
  • Perform other duties as required by supervisor or designate
  • Adhere to all safety rules
  • Explain the benefits of newer, high-efficient equipment to customers
  • Ensure the safe operation of new installations and instruct customers on proper care and maintenance
  • Maintain company vehicles to a neat, clean, and safe standard
  • Promote Reliance Home Comfort products and services on every call

Requirements:

  • A growth mindset and a desire to learn and grow with Reliance Home Comfort
  • Must meet company requirements with respect to general qualifications and have completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Must be an installer or technician with a Gas Technician '2' (G2) license and 2 years of HVAC experience
  • Must be registered in the Apprenticeship program and accepted by OCOT
  • Must be effective at HVAC lead generation and CPP enrollments
  • Must have demonstrated strong technical, customer service skills, and company metrics in current and previous roles
  • Must have a valid full G Driver's License
  • Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications
  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to understand and learn new technologies
