As a HVAC Apprentice Technician at Reliance Home Comfort, you will become an integral part of our team and be provided with the tools and resources needed to succeed. We are committed to growth and development, and we encourage our team members to reach their full potential.
What You Will Do:
- Learn and grow as a valuable member of our team, working closely with experienced technicians to develop your skills and knowledge.
- Responsible for servicing HVAC equipment, accessory items, and performing general inspections for residential customers.
- Perform other duties as required by your supervisor or designate, including adhering to all safety rules and regulations.
- Explain the benefits of newer, high-efficiency equipment to customers and ensure the safe operation of all new installations.
- Maintain company vehicles to a neat, clean, and safe standard and promote Reliance Home Comfort products and services on every call.

What We Are Looking For:
- A growth mindset and a commitment to learning and development.
- Must meet company requirements with respect to general qualifications and have completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Must be an installer or technician with a Gas Technician '2' (G2) license and 2 years of HVAC experience.
- Must be registered in the Apprenticeship program and accepted by OCOT, with the ability to keep up with all fees, required licenses, and progress in a timely manner.
- Must be effective at HVAC lead generation and CPP enrollments, with demonstrated technical, customer service skills, and company metrics in current and previous roles.
- Must have a valid full G Driver's License and be physically capable of performing all work required of this position.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications, and demonstrate the ability to understand and learn new technologies.
