Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day execution of manufacturing and production activities, ensuring safety, quality, cost, delivery, and engagement objectives are met. The successful candidate will be responsible for recognizing unsafe conditions and practices, actively participating in safety inspections and investigations, and establishing excellent business relationships with key support groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading daily operation activities in production departments, ensuring safe execution while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, and general business activities of the site.
  • Lead teams of 100+ employees, successfully coaching and mentoring them to achieve success.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with external vendors and contractors.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including effective investigations, validation protocols, change controls, and SOP/process updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related industry.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within manufacturing or a relevant industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Able to think strategically, problem solve, and make quick decisions.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $100,000-$110,000 per year, plus benefits, bonus, and vacation.
