Physiotherapist - Burnaby Hospital

Fraser Health is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Burnaby Hospital. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional health services in our community.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes and promote optimal health and well-being.
- Collaborate with interprofessional teams to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in physiotherapy.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers to promote self-management and health promotion.
- Current registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC).
- Knowledge of physiotherapy theory and practice within a patient-centered model of care.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
