Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Business Group Director to lead our business group initiatives in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business group strategies, working collaboratively with regional managers, technical directors, and client development teams. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead business group initiatives for Canada, ensuring effective implementation of business group strategies.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain an effective regional business group program, including business development strategies, new business prospects, technical services, quality, production methods, and standards.
  • Work cooperatively with other Regional Business Group Directors, Regional Operations Directors, Area Managers, and Market Sector Directors to drive Business Group strategies and initiatives in the Regions.
  • Actively participate in water industry associations and organizations.
  • Add strong business skill set as the Business Group point of interface with Operations.
  • Committed to quality, improvement, and HDR values.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with regional managers, technical directors, and client development teams.
  • Position requires that the applicant resides within the Greater Toronto Area or is willing to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Proven relationships within major water organizations within Canada.
  • Committed to quality improvement and HDR values.
  • Experience with alternative delivery contracting and risk management.
