Debt Solutions Manager

At Farber, we're committed to helping individuals and businesses overcome debt and achieve financial stability. As a Debt Solutions Manager, you'll play a critical role in our team's success by providing expert guidance and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with potential clients to assess their financial situation and recommend suitable debt solutions.
  • Develop and grow our insolvency practice in the Burnaby and surrounding areas.
  • Liaise with centralized teams and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Draft and input documentation into relevant systems.
  • Document client situations clearly to facilitate data processing.
  • Retain critical relationships with debtors and communicate material issues effectively.
  • Develop your practice in any region where we operate.
  • Familiarize yourself with our products and services and make them available to your referral network.
  • Attend training, team meetings, and Firm events as required.
Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to develop and grow a practice area with support from firm management.
  • Enrollment in the Trustee's program or desire to enroll is an asset.
  • Completion of the Insolvency Administrator's Course is an asset.
  • Consumer insolvency practice experience is considered an asset.
  • Excellent listening, selling, and closing skills in a professional and ethical context.
  • Demonstrated track record in achieving sales quotas and a results-oriented attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in personal one-on-one marketing and building trust.
  • High personal standards of integrity, honesty, empathy, and trustworthiness.
  • Co-operative team player with a focus on customer service.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Assertive, confident, enthusiastic, and passionate about sales with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to work independently to meet objectives, goals, and timelines.
