About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chiropractic Office Assistant to join our team at Dr. Jamie Devassy Chiropractic Professional Corporation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist chiropractors with patient care and treatment programs, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, processing claims, and maintaining patient records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring patient outcomes are met.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a chiropractic office.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in an urban area, with a focus on office settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
