We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results on our multifaceted projects. As a key member of our team, you will oversee construction activity, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
  • Monitor and control project costs, resources, and timelines

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction, marine, or deep foundation projects
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and implement procedures for safe and expeditious installations
  • Experience in managing 10-25 employees at a time, directing and supervising crews
