Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the execution, management, and completion of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve project goals.
  3. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  4. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and company procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum of five years' experience in construction project management, preferably in heavy civil, marine, or deep foundation projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills, including supervising trade contractors and delivering exceptional quality on time and on budget.
  • Deep foundation experience, specifically dual rotary and down hole hammer experience, is a plus.
  • Strong dedication to safety, competitive spirit, community involvement, responsible action, and ethical leadership.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, would be an asset.
  • Direct experience in managing 10-25 employees at a time, directing and supervising crews.
  • Able to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and implement procedures for safe and expeditious installations.
  • Ability to quickly identify problematic situations, identify possible causes, produce effective solutions, and collaboratively lead a large team to successful completion.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $130,000, plus applicable Project Assignment Uplift. Our benefits package includes [list benefits]. Please note that salaries may vary depending on experience and geographical location.

Location

This role will be based at a remote project site close to the Lower Mainland of Vancouver. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working in this environment.
