About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mucho Burrito. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.

Train and Develop Staff

Train and develop our food service staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and other areas as needed.

Hire and Manage Staff

Hire and manage our food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles to meet our business needs.

Quality Control

Ensure that our food and service meet our high quality control standards, and that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Financial Management

Prepare and manage our food service budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and effectively.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.

Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at Mucho Burrito, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk as part of your job duties.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Schedule

30 hours per week is the typical work schedule for this role.
