Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Panago Pizza (Panago 47). As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including food service counter attendants and food preparers, kitchen and food service helpers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are adequately trained in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession, restaurant.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Team player.
