Food Service Manager

Join Headquarters Restaurant & Bar as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory management.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with staff, management, and customers to ensure a positive and respectful work environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail.
- Physical demands include standing for extended periods, walking, and lifting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
