Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef Lead to join our team at KALYSPO HUT INC. This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan menus that meet the needs of our customers and estimate food requirements for their realization.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet health and safety regulations.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory levels.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to inform ordering and inventory decisions.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Organize buffets and banquets to meet customer expectations.
  • Manage kitchen operations to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • A minimum of 1 month of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include a competitive compensation package, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a dynamic work environment.
