Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading kitchen teams, managing menus, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Menu Development: Work with our culinary team to develop new menu items, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Lead and manage our kitchen team, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high levels of productivity.
- Staff Training: Provide ongoing training and support to our kitchen staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
- Purchasing and Inventory: Manage the purchasing and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring we maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure our kitchen and work areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Requirements:
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
What We Offer:
